In 2025, the Guizhou Province Guiyang-Bijie Expressway UPS procurement project officially selected BOD series industrial-grade power frequency UPS power supplies from Botech. These power supplies provide comprehensive uninterrupted power supply for substations, 151 bridge monitoring systems, 650 culvert supporting equipment, toll station industrial control systems, and emergency lighting facilities along the 215-kilometer-long expressway. This safeguards the traffic safety and operational efficiency of the Guiyang-Bijie transportation artery, strengthens the core defense line for expressway power safety in the Wumeng Mountains, and helps the Guiyang-Bijie Expressway play a role in regional economic linkage.

Taking into account the characteristics of the mountainous and hilly sections of the Guiyang-Bijie Expressway, the dispersed power consumption scenarios at multiple stations, and core needs, Bodian Technology has customized a dedicated adaptation solution with the following core advantages:

(1) Precise selection: Based on the differences in power load of different stations such as bridges, culverts and toll stations on the Guibi Expressway, the power of the equipment is reasonably configured to cover the power demand of the whole scenario, reserve expansion space, and fully comply with the relevant standards of the transportation industry and the operation and maintenance specifications of the expressway.

(2) Zero interruption guarantee: The dual-conversion topology structure is adopted to achieve zero-millisecond switching + pure sine wave output, effectively isolating the mountain power grid interference, voltage fluctuation and other problems, ensuring the seamless and stable operation of core equipment such as monitoring and toll collection, and eliminating the traffic hazards caused by power outages.

(3) Intelligent operation and maintenance: Equipped with an LCD touch operation and remote monitoring system, it can monitor the equipment operation status in real time, automatically issue fault alarms, support remote troubleshooting and parameter debugging, greatly improve the efficiency of multi-site decentralized operation and maintenance, and reduce labor costs.

(4) Industrial protection: The equipment PCB board adopts a three-proof paint spraying process, which has excellent moisture-proof, salt spray-proof and vibration-proof performance. Project Results
