Post-upgrade, its washing capacity will be enhanced to 3 million tons/yea undertaking core businesses such as coking coal washing and special coal processing, making it a critical link in the regional coal industry chain. In the coal washing production process, core equiph as centrifuges, raw coal grading screens, crushers, and variable frequency control systems require 24-hour continuous operation. However, the site is subject to electrical interference and voltage fluctuaer anomalies not only lead to production interruptions and coking coal loss but also risk damaging expensive electromechanical equipment, resulting in significant economic losses. Therefore, dur2025 project upgrade, a reliable industrial-grade UPS power supply system is urgently needed to ensure production continuity and equipment safety.

II. Core Customer Requirements
(1) Ensure continuous power supply throughout the coal washing process, eliminating the impact of municipal power outages, voltage fluctd electrical interference on core production equipment and control systems, and avoiding risks of production downtime and equipment damage.

(2) Adapt to the characteristics of the coal washing plant's industrial enviroich features high dust levels and complex electrical conditions. The equipment possesses strong anti-interference, high-voltage resistance, and dust-proof heat dissipation capabilities, enabling long-term stable oand reducing O&M costs.

(3) The equipment is easy to operate and supports intelligent monitoring, allowing for real-time monitoring of power operation parameters. This facilitates remote management and predictive faudetection by O&M personnel, thereby improving O&M efficiency.

III. Solutions and Product Applications
Combining the power load after the 2025 capacity upgrade, on-site envint, and core requirements of Panbei Coal Preparation Plant, we have customized a dedicated solution featuring the Bodiantong Industrial-grade Power Frequency UPS Power Supply BOD Series.
