Established in 1985, the Guizhou Provincial Talent Resources Management Center is the operational management institution of the Guizhou Talent Mrket. Since 2000, the Center has shared offices with the Guizhou Provincial Talent Market, and in 2005, it was approved by the former Ministry ersonnel and the Guizhou Provincial People's Government to be established as a national-level talent market. Its main functions include the management of personnel files for mobile personnel, handling employment proceduresge graduates, collective household registration management, and talent recruitment services (covering on-site recruitment, online recruitment, personnel agency, etc.). As of 2022, the Cemanages over 100,000 personnel files, organizes more than 100 recruitment activities annually, and has served a cumulative totl of 135,000 enterprise users through the Guizhou Talent Information Network.

      Entrusted by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, to guide and manage the province-wide human resources market, and to carry out work on capacity building anng education for professional and technical personnel, management personnel, and skilled workforce; to carry out work on employment and entrepreneurship capacity building; to carry out work on knowledge renewal and capacity ng for newly hired personnel in public institutions; and to carry out capacity building work for the province-wide human resources and social security system.

      In recent years, with the continuous upgrading of data centers in the construction of information technology, the number of talents and enterprises served has grown exponentially, making the ation of the data processing center in the human resources department increasingly important, and placing increasingly high demands on the stable operation and high availability of the data center.
